Payment

RM500 per person is required upon booking is made. Balance payment shall be paid 30 days before trip departure. Full payment is required for booking made less than 30 days prior departure date.

• Based on Seat-in-coach (SIC) for minimum of 2 passenger traveling together (GV2).
• All tours are based on seat-in-coach (SIC) and conducted in English language.
• Private Transfer upon request. Additional charges are required.
• For Brisbane Airport Arrivals / Departures - Add RM130Adult, RM50/Child Each Way
• The above package rates are based on our allotted rooms only. A surcharge will be imposed if the allotment has been fully utilized.
• Reservations are subject to availability. A minimum number of pax is required to operate tours and it may be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and offer an alternative tour or refund at the contracted rate.
• If a chosen tour is not operated due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer pax an ALTERNATIVE REPLACEMENT TOUR.
• Pick up & drop off time is fixed, please assemble at the front of hotel 10 minutes prior to SIC coach pick up for tours and airport transfers.
• No departure transfer will be provided for passengers extending on their own or deviating from the main group.
• Infants below 2yrs old are not charged hence no seat is allocated to infants and no meals will be provided.
• Rescheduling of arrival flight within 24 hours will subject to additional charges.
• Hotel Standard check-in time is 2:00pm / Check-out time is 10:00 am.
• Peak season, special event date surcharge is subject to changes without notice by hotelier.
• Booking - Minimum 30 working days prior to departure due to require sufficient working days to apply Australia tourist visa (ETA).
• Amendment Fees - A charge of RM100 will apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed.
• Local operators reserve the right to cancel tour departures. A minimum number of passengers is required to operate each tour. It may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure in which case an alternative tour or a full refund for that tour will be offered.
• All prices quoted are based on current exchange rate and is subject to fluctuation. We reserve the rights to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary without liability. Parlo Tours and the Land Operator are not liable for the loss or damage of property of a guest while on tour, nor to any delays caused by weather, road conditions and other circumstances. (Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly recommended).
