Other Remarks

• Package is valid for Malaysians only (surcharge applies for other nationalities).  
• Confirmation is subject to hotel availability upon booking. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.  
• For Muslim group we will bring guest to Halal Restaurant and to mosque for prayers
• Driver cum guide (Simple Commentary).
• Transfer of arrival pickup /drop-off time between 08:00pm-06:00am will incur with early /late will have surcharge RM500 per way
• Coach use hours follow as itinerary list down. Overtime charges will apply if you exceed the time listed in the itinerary.
• 10 hrs use coach is mean 0800am – 0600pm or 09000am – 0700pm, after 0600pm or 0700pm is consider over time have extra hour changes.
• Extra Hour Rate Changes: RM600 per hour
• For child under 0 – 7 years child seat is compulsory. RM250 per child seat per day.
• Exclude Tips per pax per day, please refer as guideline stated above
• Any unutilized services, tours or hotel rooms are non-refundable.   
• No amendments are allowed. No refunds for cancelled bookings after tour finalization (tour voucher issued)  
• The logistic time for the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.  
• The hotel standard check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability & charges set by the relevant hotel.  
• Parlo Tours and the Land Operator are not liable for: (a) the loss or damage of guest property while on tour; or (b) delays caused by weather, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine, road conditions or other circumstances. (Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended.)
