We are specialising in providing both group travellers and individual travellers for long-haul destinations such as South America, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia as well as Exotic countries like Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Tunisia and Bhutan. Marketing Executive x 2
Responsibilities:
  • Assist superiors’ in executing overall marketing plan.
  • Assist and coordinate marketing campaigns within given time and budget.
  • Assist and coordinate in-house events and exhibitions.
  • Update and maintain customer database and send out newsletters.
  • Manage company’s social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Work closely with in-house and outsourced designers and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
  • To actively participate in brainstorming session and work well with co-workers in researching and creating attractive and engaging contents for any promotional materials such as ATL, print collaterals, social media and video.
  • >Work with Multimedia Designer to develop creative and engaging digital content for social media advertorials that drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • >To proofread and edit creative materials.

  • 1-3 years working experience (Experience in handling Europe operations preferred).
  • Dedicated, precise, responsible, and proactive personality.

Wholesale Sales/ Wholesale Support x 4

  • Opportunity to get hands on experience on Corporate Sales/Operations/Ticketing Department.
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

Credit Controller
Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
  • Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  • Review and monitor assigned or allocation of accounts and all applicable collection reports.
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  • Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
  • Email documents to customer and follow-up on enquiry/complaint.
  • Posting of all payment transaction upon checking.
  • Filing of documents in accordance to proper filing indexes
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree in business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Corporate Ticketing
Responsibilities:
  • Provide reservation, ticketing, visa & travel advise to corporate clients.
  • To prepare the quotation & travel itineraries, as well as the issuance of air tickets.
  • To answering the calls, inquiries and email for corporate clients.
  • To provide the relevant travel-related services as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years working experience (Experience in handling Europe operations preferred).
  • Dedicated, precise, responsible, and proactive personality.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
